Join the
CNS Preferred Provider Network (CPPN)
Childress Nursing Services (CNS) partners with trusted providers to expand access to equitable, culturally responsive, in-home perinatal support. Our CNS Preferred Provider Network (CPPN) connects families with vetted organizations across fertility, maternity, pediatrics, and whole-family health—plus essential products, community programs, insurance providers and government health agencies.
There is no cost to join—partners receive early, exclusive access to upcoming CNS announcements, publications, promotions and offerings for their members, collaborative referral and project opportunities, and the support of a network built on mutual benefit. Each partner is vetted before acceptance and not all interest forms will be selected. As a result, we require each partner to designate a dedicated contact person to communicate with our office, receive referrals and coordinate opportunities .
This interest form is not for direct solicitation for vendors. Also, our partners will not be flooded with marketing emails. Our purpose is to build meaningful, reciprocal connections that help families thrive and strengthen our shared community.
Who Should Join the Network?
Clinical Healthcare Providers
Includes OB/GYNs, midwives, primary care physicians, pediatricians, registered dietitians, dentists, reproductive endocrinologists, mental/behavioral health providers, and other licensed medical professionals.
We know our clients thrive when medical care is coordinated, proactive, and culturally responsive. By partnering with clinical healthcare providers, CNS ensures families receive timely referrals, holistic health monitoring, and compassionate follow-up care that bridges home visits with clinical expertise. This program is not for marketing email blasts—you won’t be inundated. We are here to give as much as we receive, building reciprocal, trust-based relationships that strengthen community health.
Allied & Supportive Care Professionals
Includes clinical lactation consultants, birth doulas, perinatal educators, social workers, case managers, physical/occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other allied health professionals.
Recovery, resilience, and readiness take more than checkups—they require whole-person care. From lactation to mental health, movement therapy to integrative approaches, we value providers who see our clients as more than their medical charts. This is not about flooding inboxes with marketing—it’s about shared purpose. By joining, you join a give-and-receive partnership, where your expertise and our network together offer well-rounded pathways that meet families where they are—body, mind, and spirit.
Community Resources, Government & Philanthropic Partners
Includes public health departments, Medicaid MCOs, WIC, Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT), housing and food access programs, transportation providers, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, community coalitions, insurance providers and philanthropists supporting maternal, infant, and family well-being.
We believe strong families build strong communities—and vice versa. By joining forces with nonprofits, health agencies, and philanthropists, we amplify resources, share networks, and create a united front for maternal and family well-being. This is a relationship-based network, not a marketing list, so communication is intentional and mutually beneficial.
Medical Equipment, Supplies & Diagnostics
Includes durable medical equipment suppliers, breast pump providers, maternity/postpartum supply companies, lab/POC testing partners, mobile imaging/ultrasound services, and pharmacy services.
Access to the right tools at the right time can make the difference between progress and delay. We partner with providers who deliver high-quality equipment, testing, and technology solutions so families can access accurate diagnostics, effective home adaptations, and the medical devices that support recovery and independence—without turning our collaboration into a sales pipeline. This is about equipping families with what they truly need, when they need it.
Health Research, Education & Training
Includes universities, research teams, IRB-approved studies, professional training programs, and CE/CME providers focused on perinatal, infant, and family health
Innovation starts with inquiry. By partnering with research institutions and training providers, we give our clients opportunities to benefit from—and contribute to—advances in medical knowledge, especially in areas where representation is needed most. This is a two-way street: you gain community insight, and families gain access to safe, relevant opportunities.
Health Products, Family Care & Support Services
Includes suppliers of infant care products, diapers/wipes, bedding/safe sleep solutions, clothing, nutrition products, pelvic health devices, childcare providers, workforce development agencies, and career transitional placement organizations.
Healthy families need safe products, trusted childcare, and pathways to stable employment. We collaborate with providers who can supply quality goods, reliable services, and life-building opportunities for parents and caregivers. We are not here to fill your inbox with generic ads—we’re here to align efforts so that together, we help families access essentials that make daily life easier, safer, and more hopeful.
