The process of IVF involves several key steps:

ovarian stimulation, egg/follicle retrieval, fertilization in the laboratory, and embryo transfer.

Phase 1: During ovarian stimulation, medications like Gonal-F, Follistim and Menopur are used to encourage the ovaries to produce multiple eggs. CNS home fertility nurses manage these medications directly at your home or office, ensuring proper dosage and administration.

With approximately 80% of the IVF process happening in the home,  CNS Storks are integral throughout your IVF treatment.

From the initial administration of fertility medications to post-embryo transfer care, we ensure that every part of the process is managed with expertise and compassion.

At CNS, we know that there is not a one solution fits all for our IVF clients, and we seek to provide customized home fertility nurse care plans that provide continuous, flexible support, including in-home or office visits for ALL medication administrations. Our full-service approach helps mitigate the common stresses associated with fertility treatment injections, and is supported by our partnerships with over 200 health insurance providers to make these services accessible and financially manageable.
