Your HELPS gift card applies toward your first scheduled visit with our licensed Family Home Nurses. This visit includes in-home vital signs monitoring, symptom review, lab screenings, and self-care & emotional wellness check-in to tailor your HELPS nursing plan of care to address your unique perinatal needs and desires throughout your pregnancy and/or after-delivery recovery journey. 

You’ll also receive a CNS Perinatal Tracker Workbook to guide your preparation or recovery, track milestones, and ensure a safe home environment with our CNS CradleSafe™ tools.

How to Book Your CNS HELPS Home Visit

  1. Click the "Redeem My HELPS Home Nurse Gift Card" button below and complete the quick order form (put in your gift card code located on the back of your card or the code given to you by the CNS office)

  2. We'll check your Insurance Eligibility & Benefits → childressnursing.com/insurance

  3. Provider referral needed. Your OB/GYN, primary care provider, midwife, NP, PA, etc. must submit a referral → childressnursing.com/providers

    1. You can send them our link or request that we contact them for the referral.

    2. Fertility clients must have a positive pregnancy test and an established pregnancy provider before referral.

  4. Complete Your Intake Form – We’ll send it after your insurance and referral are received.

  5. Schedule Your Visit – Our Client Care Coordinator will confirm your first home visit.

HELPS Gift Card Program Details

  • Available to prenatal clients with verified proof of pregnancy from a healthcare provider

  • Available to postpartum clients within 6 months of birth delivery

  • Only available in CNS service areas

  • One gift card per client, applied to the first visit cost

  • No obligation to enroll in the full CNS HELPS program

Start Your Fertility Journey with Confidence!

Your fertility provider has gifted you a complimentary 30-minute in-home fertility consultation with Childress Nursing Services! This special offer is only for new CNS clients, redeemed before the start of your 1st fertility injection on your IVF calendar, located within our service areas, and is scheduled Monday - Friday mornings in your home setting. Our CNS Client Care Coordinators will book your complimentary visit only within 10 days of your projected fertility home injections start date.

    2. Fertility clients must be under the care of a fertility clinic or provider before referral.

  4. Complete Your Intake Form – We’ll send it after your insurance and referral are received.

  5. Schedule Your Visit – Our Client Care Coordinator will confirm your first home visit.

Fertility Complimentary 1st Visit Details

What’s Included:

  • Initial health assessment conducted by a licensed CNS Home Fertility Nurse, including vital signs

  • Review of your treatment plan and fertility medications

  • Verification of fertility medication orders and proper supplies

  • Complimentary CNS Fertility Workbook filled with helpful tips about fertility foods, activities, treatment tracker, and more 

  • Complimentary in-network provider verification of insurance benefits (if applicable)

What’s Not Included: 
Injection administration and teaching

Fertility Clients only - please note: One-time offer only. This visit is booked on a first reserved, first served basis and fills quickly. It’s subject to availability and can only be scheduled with the CNS Complimentary Visit gift card and code provided by your fertility clinic or CNS office.

Person redeeming gift card is the person receiving CNS services. Clients must complete the same booking process as other requests, including submitting an initial consultation/intake form.

There is no obligation to utilize our services beyond the complimentary visit. If you’re interested in booking CNS for your entire injection cycle, please note that all clients are subject to admissions approval by our office and complimentary visit does not guarantee acceptance.
